Pets Are Welcome to Join the Fun: Bring along your furry friends to share in the holiday spirit! Pets are not only welcomed but encouraged to participate in this enchanting experience.

COVID-19 And Illness Information: Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We have implemented illness policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please be aware of the following:

  • If anyone in your party is experiencing cold, flu, or stomach symptoms, rescheduling is required.
  • Clients will enter and exit through separate doors to minimize contact with others.
  • To maintain the magical atmosphere, we kindly request that only participating children be present during the session.
  • Although wearing a mask is not required at our studio this year, we encourage individuals who feel more comfortable with a mask to wear one while not being photographed.
  • In the event of illness, we're here to accommodate you. Session deposits can be applied to rescheduled dates or other types of sessions, ensuring you can still experience the magic when the time is right. We will do our best to reschedule a date with Santa but cannot guarantee his availability after our Pre Scheduled dates.

 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable $200 retainer is required. You can reserve your spot by completing the checkout below. On the day of the session, a payment of $299 will be due. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and purchase upgrades and additional products during your gallery reveal session.
